4/6/2012-ACTING-Update

Update-Things are gonna get busier for me soon. Got the script for “Half Dead”-where I play the role of “Vox-The Enforcer.” Shooting starts in May. I also got the lead role of “Romeo” in a short film called “Romeo 3000.” There’s a new episode of “Fail Man” in the works-as well as upcoming filming w/ “Blink”, “Transformation” & stuff with Star Trek:Phase II. Filming for “Lucky Number 3” has been put on hold as has “The Devil’s Hand”, but they will be picking up at some point. Hopefully filming for me w/ NoSS (“Night of Something Strange”) will be done by the end of April, plus there are 3-4 other projects in the works…

4/05/2012-ACTING-Episode 2 of “Last Resort” Now Online

Here is Episode 2 of the Web Series “Last Resort” by MAD ANGEL FILMS. I play the role of “Tiny” in this episode. This also marks my 1st attempt at fight choreography.

4/4/2012-PETS-Scruffy’s Visit to the Vet

Update on Scruffy-took him to the animal hospital today. One thing of concern, in transit to going over there, we noticed that one of his paws was bleeding slightly-probably from trying to claw out of the box. I got some ointment to help that. He’s much more active (there’s a little scratch mark he accidentally left on my face) and getting bigger, but he’s not gaining weight-which is strange. I’ll be trying to get him to drink formula from a bowl cause he’s chugging it from the bottle like he’s a freshman at his/her 1st frat party 🙂 The doc also wants me to try to give Scruffy a bath-that should be interesting. 🙂 He did get a pedicure while there as well. I’ll be going again before the end of the week. Costs are going up, but you gotta do whatcha gotta do right? 🙂

4/01/2012-PETS-Scruffy Getting Active…

-Off to a late start today-in part cause I was having one of those sleep for 2 hours till Scruffy meows constantly-he’s got a set of pipes 🙂 I just put up a pic of “Hotel Scruffy.” He’s getting more adventurous-not always crying out when he’s hungry. Sometimes I just lie on the couch with him on me and let him walk around a little. I can only imagine what he’ll be like when he can fully walk/run and I can’t catch him. Claws are starting to dig in a tad too. As you can see from the pic, I got him a hot water bottle which helps. Above that is his standby-a warm paper towel wrapped in a sandwich bag wrapped by a towel. That seems to be pretty warm once I nuke it. And so far, he hasn’t pooped on the bear again 🙂 He’s drinking more formula-guzzling it now in fact. Have another appointment to see the vet again early next week…

03/29/2012-PETS-New Name for Kitty & Updates!

-Kitty update-well, 1st of all, I decided to call him “Scruffy.” 🙂 I took him into the animal hospital again for a checkup. One thing that concerned me-there was a little blood w/ his defalcation. They are running tests on his stool to see if there are parasites-worms. They did give him Stongid liquid-which is a dewormer.He is still dehydrated to a degree and not up to where he should be warmth wise but he’s getting better. I got him a new cat bed and had it so the heating pad was below that (before it was under the box) but he didn’t like that so out goes the cat bed. Heating pad still inside but his familiar blankets are there on top of it (pad only on one half of the box though so if too warm he can go over to the other side). Currently he seems to like to lie onto of a warm wash cloth put in a plastic bag with a towel wrapped around. He is still going to the bathroom later after I “help” him do that so I’m using up a lot of paper towels. Not old enough to try liter training but was told I can maybe start a little after the end of next week. Damn-this is a long update 🙂

03/28/2012-PETS-Kitty Update!

-Kitty seems to be doing good. I actually did turn on the apartment heater for him last night and parts of today. basically down to one of 2 names-either “Scruffy” or “Lucky” -maybe “Bootsy.” I’m taking him to the animal hospital again tomorrow for a check up. Things are changing for me rapidly in the last few days…
