Update on Scruffy-took him to the animal hospital today. One thing of concern, in transit to going over there, we noticed that one of his paws was bleeding slightly-probably from trying to claw out of the box. I got some ointment to help that. He’s much more active (there’s a little scratch mark he accidentally left on my face) and getting bigger, but he’s not gaining weight-which is strange. I’ll be trying to get him to drink formula from a bowl cause he’s chugging it from the bottle like he’s a freshman at his/her 1st frat party 🙂 The doc also wants me to try to give Scruffy a bath-that should be interesting. 🙂 He did get a pedicure while there as well. I’ll be going again before the end of the week. Costs are going up, but you gotta do whatcha gotta do right? 🙂
