I was asked by Marc R Baum a few weeks ago if I wanted to be one of the judges for the Emerald City Idol Competition. I had to make sure I was available due to May-August being the time when all the film makers I know want to film I was clear and able to do this. The other judges included radio personality Linda Wimmer (Mix 106), regional recording artist MARK ZANE and Broadway composer STEVE MARGOSHES (“Fame”). As I wrote last night on their fan page Emerald City Idol, …”I thought everyone did a great job-you guys didn’t make it easy on us to do our jobs. We even had some borderline arguments out in the hallway For those of you who won-congrats & keep moving forward! For who didn’t, don’t get discouraged-keep at it.
